It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stacey Clifford Couillonneur on April 26, 2026, at the age of 53 years.

Stacey is lovingly survived by his dad Joe Bear; mom Leonnie Vanderwall; children Baby Stace, Winter Joy, Kenny & Brooklyn; siblings Charles (Glenna), Francis (Maxine), Joey (Melissa) & Shelly (AJ); godchildren; and numerous aunties, uncles, cousins & friends.

Stacey is predeceased by his wife Karen Girlce; son Joey Clement; special friends Tina Couillonneur & Cheryl “Towel/Scott” Opikokew; brother Joe “Socs” Couillonneur; grandparents Jean Marie & Catherine Iron, and Francis & Adeline Couillonneur; and in-laws Clement & Mary Ange Iron.

A Wake will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 to Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Canoe Lake Hall.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 3:00PM at the Canoe Lake Church with Father Francis Reddy Mondeddu officiating. Interment to follow at the Canoe Lake Memorial Grounds.

Pallbearers are Morgan, Joey, Dean, Joseph, Mittz, Gavin, Kyle & Darren. Honourary pallbearers are the Canoe Lake Health Staff, Roseann (Doots), Demi, Michelle, Alec, Shannon, Emjay, Jayde, Angie, Dora & Gordon, Wanda, Joseph, Shaela & GCO, and all those who knew and loved him. 

Stacey will be remembered missed by all those who knew and loved him.
