Sharon Gartner was born on June 8, 1958, in Macklin, Saskatchewan, and passed peacefully on January 17, 2026, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, surrounded by loved ones.

Sharon was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunty whose love knew no bounds. She is lovingly remembered by her brother Don Gartner and sister Marlene Feser; her four children: Joseph, SherriLee (Cam), Glenn (Amanda), and Janeen (Chance); as well as several nieces and nephews. Sharon was especially proud of and deeply blessed by her 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, each of whom she loved dearly and held close to her heart.

She was predeceased by her late spouse, Kenneth; her parents, Mary and Joseph Gartner; her four brothers, Lloyd, Ed, Ken, and Theodore; and her nephew DJ, whom she always kept in her heart.

Sharon was creative at heart, finding joy in sewing, crafting, and collecting miniature treasures wherever she could find them. She was full of love, life, and laughter, always ready with something funny to say and a smile to share. Sharon made sure everyone around her felt loved, cherished, and welcome. She was a loving grandmother, mother, daughter, sister, aunty, and so much more to all who knew her.

A burial service for Sharon will be held on January 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Biggar Memorial Garden Cemetery, located one mile south of Biggar, Saskatchewan, on Highway #4.
