Roger Grauman

June 16, 1952 — March 12, 2024

Roger Grauman, of Martensville, SK passed away peacefully on March 12, 2024, with family by his side and left a lifetime of memories for his family to cherish.  Roger was the eldest child of 4 and grew up on the family farm near Stonewall, MB. As a young man, he moved to Winnipeg, MB and started his career at CP Rail. Roger met Diane and they were married on Dec 15, 1978.  In 1981 they moved to Martensville, SK, where they raised their family together until his passing.

Roger loved his family and that was seen in everything he did.  He embraced the athletic interests of his sons, Jason and Keith, and supported them by coaching their soccer teams.  He was proud of his daughter Cheryl when she convocated university and then followed in his footsteps working at CP Rail.   Through each soccer championship, dance performance, and celebration he was always beside his loving wife Diane to share those moments with. He was known for his sharp wit and dry sense of humor. Roger enjoyed his leisure time playing cards, watching football and travelling with his family.

His beautiful life will be forever remembered by his wife Diane and in the lives of his children: Jason and his wife Marcia and their children Matthew, Ethan and Kendall; Cheryl and her husband Deep and son Baaz; and Keith and his partner Myrnalyn. Roger will also be remembered by his brother Duane (Roberta), sister Debbie (Steve) and by those whose lives he touched.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2024  at Cherished Memories Funeral Home in Martensville, SK.  A livestream link has been set up for those unable to attend at https://funeraweb.tv/en/diffusions/88184
