Roger Kenneth
Corbeil
Jun 26, 1935 — Jul 10, 2026
It is with great sadness that the family of Roger Corbeil announces his passing on July 10th at St. Ann’s nursing home. He was 91 years old.
Dad was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on June 26, 1935.
He moved to Saskatoon and attended Saskatoon Technical Collegiate. He met his first wife Marlene and they had three children - Brad, Brent, and Michelle. They enjoyed camping together as a family. During the winters, Dad kept busy snowmobiling in his younger days and woodworking when he needed a slower pace.
He worked mostly as a salesman for A.A Murphy and Sons and later Davies Electric. Once he retired he found himself a part time job at Home Depot to keep busy.
In 1991 he met Donna Warken and they married the following year. They moved to Emma Lake for 10 years before returning to Saskatoon. They enjoyed many vacations out west to Penticton, BC.
Roger’s presence will be missed by his children Brad (Barb), Brent (Anjeanette) and Michelle (Kelly); his grandchildren Jenelle (Ryan), Brittney, Kaitlin (Brandon), Ayden (Leah), Landis (Jayden), Olivia (Carter) and Nolan; and his great grandchildren Noah, Oliver, Ava, Maverick, Boston and Harper.
Roger was predeceased by his parents and his wife Donna.
The family would like to thank St. Ann’s care home for the amazing care that he received during his short time there, especially during his last few days.
At Roger’s request, there will be no funeral service. In memory of dad, please reflect on special times you may have spent with him.
Cherished Memories is honoured to be entrusted with Mr. Corbeil's care and arrangements.
