Norman Maurice Joseph Arcand

With heavy hearts, we share that Norman Arcand passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 61. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. An obituary will be shared in the days to come.

The service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Kihiw Waciston School in Muskeg Lake Cree Nation.
