Neil Joseph Grenier

We mourn the loss of Neil Joseph Grenier who left us quietly on February 5th at the age of 64, surrounded by his wife and children.

Neil was born on August 28, 1961, in Sudbury, Ontario, to Lionel and Fern Grenier. In his younger years the family moved to a farm near Marcelin before settling in the town of Leoville, where Neil attended school and spent much of his youth.

As he grew older, Neil made his way to Saskatoon and later settled with Wendy and the children on an acreage near Asquith.

Neil was the devoted husband to Wendy for the last 29 years. Together, they built a life defined by love and family. As a father to Codey and Samantha, he was a source of unconditional love and support.

Truly, his greatest joy in recent years was being a Grandfather. Gabby, Lucas, Abel & Levi meant everything to him. He was definitely a fun and loving Grandpa and his happiest days were the ones he spent with his grandchildren.

Neil will be deeply missed by his wife Wendy, their children Codey & Samantha (Cameron); grandchildren, Gabby, Lucas, Abel and Levi, his mother Fern and stepfather Jake; siblings Don (Deb), Darrell (Lori), Diane (Ron), Eugene; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of friends.

Neil was predeceased by his father Lionel, his sister Arlene and sister-in-law Dani.

Though he may be gone from our sight, the memories he leaves behind will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

A time to gather in remembrance will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Cherished Memories in Martensville.
