It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Michael Dennis Lafond on July 21, 2026, at the age of 46 years.

Michael will be lovingly remembered and forever missed by his mother, Ella Mae Lafond-Morin; his father, Dennis Morin; and his beloved children, Tyrell Harder, Zachery Harder, Makayla Harder, Sam Scott, Morgan Scott, Kirby Scott, and Matthew Kabatoff.

Michael's greatest gift was the love he shared with those around him. He will be remembered for the memories he created with family and friends, the laughter he brought into their lives, and the kindness he shared with everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his time with us was far too short, his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.

A Wake will be held at the Green Lake Hall from Monday, July 27 to Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Green Lake, Saskatchewan, with Father Uche Umechikelu officiating.

Honorary Pallbearers are Kris Lafond, Shane Lafond, Brent Lafond, Tyrese Lafond, Amanda Lafond, Kevin Ross, Cory Ross, Dallas Ross, Ryan Ross, Jordan Ross, Tyler Kennedy, Sonny Caron, and everyone who knew and loved Michael.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their love, prayers, support, and kindness during this difficult time.
