Mary (Merkir) Weigel

Mary (Merkir) Weigel (formerly from Quill Lake), beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at the age of 97.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Walter, daughters Darlene and Catherine, son-in-law Garry, and her father, mother, 3 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by and will be sadly missed and remembered by her family; Barry Weigel; Jane Weigel, Amanda/Keven Nguyen (Mai-Linh, Jayden, Jayce), Kevin/Tamara Humenny (Ivy and Rowan), Kirk Weigel (Kyle, Aaron, Haley (Kaden)); Ralph Paschke, Monica/Neal Henderson (Spencer and Cassidy), Wade/Cheryl Paschke (Alida), Trent/Joan Paschke (Jessica and Alexis). As well as 5 brothers, James Merkir; Mike(Angie) Merkir; Bill(MaryAnn) Merkir; Nick(Elaine) Merkir; Walter(Marlene) Merkir and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at a later date. Family and friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the Quill Lake Cemetery.
