It is with heavy hearts and much love that the family of Marie Clara Durocher announces her passing on October 3, 2026, at the age of 86 years.

Marie will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her daughters, Mary (Ambrose), Karen Ellis, Rose Ermine, Cheryl Hovdebo, and Rhonda Gardiner; and her son, Mike (Gladys).

She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Ivan (Helena), Ray (Glenna), Kelsie (Jordan), Melissa (Craig), Floyd, Kenton, Keegan, Desmond (Kelsey), and Curtis Jr.; along with her precious great-grandchildren, Leah, Leland, Serena, Darnell, Jennifer, Dredan, Ryder, and Hazel.

Marie will also be fondly remembered by her siblings, Jimmy (Dorthy) Corrigal and Pauline (Stan) Hood, as well as many extended family members and friends. She also leaves behind her special little companion, Livvy, her beloved dog, who held a special place in her heart.

Marie was predeceased by her loving husband, Alfred Durocher; her parents, Etienne and Julienne Corrigal; her son, Floyd Durocher; her brothers, Thomas (Bernice) Corrigal, Joseph (Judith) Corrigal, and Francis Corrigal; her sister, Vicky (Joe) Cassie; and her great-grandson, Nicolas Morin.

Marie leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be held close to the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Though she will be dearly missed, the love she shared and the memories made together will remain with her family always.

As per Marie's wishes, a private family viewing will take place, followed by cremation.
