With deep sadness, the family of Gerald E. Haineault announces his passing on September 11, 2026.

Gerald is lovingly survived by his sons Nikki, Dustin, and Agar; his grandson Zander; his brothers Ernie, Walter, Nelson, Aimable (Suza), and Howard (Deanna); his sisters Theresa (Stewart), Brenda (Trevor), Audrey, and Colleen (Jeremy); his half brothers Jimmy M, and Bert L; and his half sisters Sara M, and Rose H.

Gerald is predeceased by his loving mother Cecile Haineault; his father John Haineault Sr.; his siblings Terry, Steven, Benny, Harry Jr.,Tina, Cathy, and Grace J.; his special grandmother Therese and Johnny Herman; his grandparents Marie Madeline and Jeremiah Haineault, and Mary Jane and Baptise Herman; and his best friends Randy Cheecham, and Ritchie Lemaigre.

A Wake will be held from Wednesday, September 16, 2026 to Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Amy Haineault's residence (112 Circle Drive North) in la Loche, SK. 

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Our Lady of Visitation Roman Catholic Church in La Loche, SK. Interment to follow the funeral service at the La Loche Cemetery.
