Dwan Luke Billette

With broken hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Dwan Billette, who left us far too soon on July 23, 2025, at the age of 15.

Born on December 24, 2009, Dwan was a bright light in the lives of everyone who knew him. His love for the outdoors was unmatched — he found happiness in quading, fishing, and spending time with his friends. His adventurous spirit, kind heart, and unforgettable smile touched so many lives in such a short time.

He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Rachel and Ritchie, and his siblings: Taylor (Zan), Marion (Adrieanna), John, Chase, Keitha, Dennis, and Rhianna. Dwan was also a proud and playful uncle to Xan, Aaliyah, Tryson, Zaydrian, Dreama, and Aria.

He is survived by his grandparents: Edna & Freddy, and Marie & Louie John, and held a special bond with his best friend-parents, Darrick & Glenda, who loved him as their own.

Dwan will be missed by many, including his uncles: Dale, Rickey Jake, Banard, and Joey; his aunty Tina Nezcroche; special friends: Marina Sylvestre, Rylan Billette, Karter Sylvestre, Emilio Mongra, Marissa Sylvestre; and numerous cousins.

He now joins in rest his predeceased grandparents: John Morrison, Leon & Adelaide Billette, Prosper & Elizabeth, and Veronica & Thomas, as well as his uncle Ira Billette and aunty Jenniffer, who will welcome him with love.

Dwan’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His laughter, his love for life, and his deep connection to family and friends will never be forgotten.
