Deborah Anne Francis

On April 26, 2019, Deborah Anne Francis passed away peacefully in her home. A beloved and special person was lost in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She was a wife, mother, sister and daughter. She is survived by her husband Randy Otsig and their cherished sons Christopher and Alexander. She has been preceded and will be reunited with her brother Darryl and father Thomas in the thereafter. She is survived by her Mother Myrna and sisters Elysia and Angeline. She will be greatly missed and mourned by those left behind.
