Crystal Lyn Wiebe's Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our loving angel, Crystal Lyn Wiebe, on February 19, 2026, at RUH, at the age of 45. Crystal was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing due to a severe brain aneurysm she suffered on February 2, 2026.

She is survived by her sons, Shayne, Aaden, and Dayton; her mom, Linette; her dad, Bill; and her three siblings: brothers Christopher (Christine), nieces Marlie and Piper of Vernon, BC; Steven (Brittany), nephew Thomas and niece Leah of Saskatoon; and sister Amber (Dean), niece Kinzie of Martensville. She is also survived by her grandmothers, Marlene Chubala of Saskatoon and Elizabeth (Betty) Wiebe of Warman, as well as many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by her grandfathers, William Wiebe on December 25, 2024, and Clifford Chubala on October 28, 2025.

Crystal was born in Saskatoon on September 22, 1980. She lived in Martensville until she graduated from Martensville High School and went on to attend Saskatoon Business College, where she studied to become a Medical Office Assistant.

Crystal was the light of every room. A loving mother, she loved being an auntie, was the best big sister, and an amazing daughter. She was always giving and helping others and had the biggest heart.

She was a Medical Office Assistant and, for a time, worked in CCU at RUH Saskatoon.

Crystal was very talented, patient, and kind. She was scrapbooking at a very young age (before it was a big thing) and was always doing a craft or baking with her children. She found her passion, and from spring through fall you would find her working in her big garden and flower beds.

She worked very hard every day at everything to better herself. Crystal loved to do woodworking, just like her grandpas, from renovations to building beautiful birdhouses and feeders, flower and garden boxes, and repurposing cupboards and many other items.

Crystal was loved by many, and she loved so many. She was an amazing, beautiful woman, strong and determined. You were truly blessed if you got to know her and her beautiful soul.

Crystal, you will be deeply missed.

A celebration of her life will be held later in the spring/summer.

Crystal loved all flowers, but especially daisies, in honour of her, please plant some seeds close to you and watch them grow strong and beautiful, just like Crystal.

Cherished Memories is truly honoured to be entrusted with Crystal’s care during this tender time.
