Craig Andrew Stewart Ackerman

It’s with great sadness that we inform you, Craig Andrew Stewart Ackerman passed away on May 8, 2024.

Craig was born in Saskatoon May 17, 1973, to Brian Ackerman and Trudy Pederson.  Craig spent most of his childhood in Moose Jaw, which is where he met his wife Pam in the late 90’s.  Craig and Pam moved to Saskatoon and eventually settled in Martensville where they resided with their two boys.    

One of Craig’s favorite places was Cigar Lake where he worked for Cameco. Craig deeply loved Cigar Lake and would spend time fishing in the area with his work friends where he often caught “the big one”.  This last winter he spent time ice fishing with Colby and Riley in hopes his passion for the sport would rub off on them.  

Craig leaves behind his wife, Pamela, and sons Colby and Riley; his father, Brian Ackerman, and mother, Trudy Pederson, devoted friend Alex Christopherson, Michelle Casey (Sister), Jennifer and Kayla Vandale (Nieces), Allison Ackerman (sister), Marcia Lemon (sister), Jesse and Jordan Lemon (nieces), and Chad Berstad (brother).

As per Craigs wishes there will be no funeral services.  In lieu of flowers please get yourself a fishing license and go catch “the big one” for him!
