Clarence Earl MacLeod

The family of Earl MacLeod is saddened to announce his passing on January 4, 2024 in Saskatoon, SK.  He was born in Carlyle, SK on September 8, 1933.  Earl went to grade school at Glen Morris and high school at Carlyle.  He worked at various jobs as well as farmed.  In 1956 Earl started working for National Grain (which later became Cargill) in Carlyle, later moving to Craik, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Rosetown, Calgary and back to Edmonton.  After 36 years he retired to Coteau Beach for 12 years then moved to Saskatoon.  He is survived by his two sons, Leslie (Darcy), Greg (Marilyn), four grandchildren Geoffrey, Mark (Mallory), Riley and Brooklyn and great grandchildren Bennett and William, brother Jack, brother in-laws Ken Wakeham and Earl Berard.  Predeceased by his wife Jean, parents Clarence and Mina, brother Harold and sister-in-laws Florence MacLeod and Linda Macleod, Jean’s parents Mac and Irene Moore, sisters-in-law Donna Berard, Audrey Wakeham, Marjorey Lougheed, and brother-in-law Garry Lougheed.
