Carol Patricia Kalyniuk

Carol Patricia Kalyniuk, of Martensville, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at St. Anne's Care Home in Saskatoon. She was 80 years old.

Born in Wadena, Saskatchewan, on February 28, 1945, to Peter and Polly Morozoff, Carol was the youngest of five children.She lived a full and meaningful life, dedicated to her family and community.

A Life Well-Lived

Carol found great joy in her family and cherished the time spent with them. She had a deep love for nature, which she shared with her husband, Ron, on their long walks with their beloved dog, Maria. Carol cultivated beauty wherever she went, tending to her vibrant rose garden, a source of great pride and comfort. She was known for her calm spirit, often found appreciating the simple beauty of a Saskatchewan sunset.

Family

Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ron Kalyniuk, in 2023, her parents Peter and Polly Morozoff, and her siblings Betty, Ann, Mike, and Peter.

She will be dearly missed by her son Kris (Cara) and her daughter Angela (Brent). She was a cherished Grandma to her three grandchildren: Zach, Emma, and Hailey.

Celebration of Life

A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Cherished Memories in Martensville, SK.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to either the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
