With sadness, we share the passing of Brenda Mae Egilsson on March 15th, 2026, at the age of 68. Brenda will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Brenda was born on December 23, 1957 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan and raised on the farm near Calder. She attended Calder Elementary School and Yorkton Regional High School. She was employed at Information Services, Saskatoon, for many years and volunteered with Street Cat, which helped to fulfill her love for animals, especially cats. Her cat Abby has been lovingly placed in a new home which would make Brenda very happy.

She was predeceased by her parents Fred and Pauline Egilsson, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

May you rest in peace, dear Brenda. At Brenda’s request there will be no service and she will be laid to rest beside her parents in Yorkton, Saskatchewan at a later date.
