With heavy hearts, the family announces the passing of Brandon Lee Martell, who was born on March 27, 1994, and journeyed to the Spirit World on January 30, 2026.

Brandon was a gentle giant,  a gift prayed for and lovingly answered by the Creator. From the very beginning, he carried a quiet strength and a tender heart. He was a devoted father who loved his children deeply and fiercely. His love for his mom and dad, and for his extended family, was steady and true, shown not only in words but through his actions and presence.

Brandon was known as a very hard worker, someone who showed up, gave his best, and carried responsibility with humility. He took pride in providing, helping, and doing things the right way. His hands were strong, but his spirit was gentle.

He found joy in simple passions — cheering for the Toronto Raptors, testing his strength through arm wrestling, and spending time with those he loved. These moments brought him laughter and connection, grounding him in community and belonging.

Above all, Brandon walked his life with kindness. The Creator blessed his parents with the son they had prayed for — a gentle giant whose spirit will continue to walk beside them, watch over his children, and live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Though his physical presence is gone, Brandon’s spirit remains — carried on the wind, held in prayer, and forever wrapped in love.
