Ayla Gwendoline Sybil Wheeler

Ayla was born on May 31, 2010 and passed away on January 31, 2026, surrounded by love and the warmth of those who cherished her. In her life—measured not by time but by love—Ayla touched more hearts than she could ever have known. She moved through the world with an open spirit, conveying love, care, and inclusion so naturally that everyone around her felt seen, welcomed, and valued.

Ayla was creative and wonderfully funny, with a light that drew people in. She loved art, dance, and music, finding joy and freedom in creative expression. Through her imagination, humour, and kindness, she reminded others how beautiful it is to be fully oneself and how powerful gentleness can be.

She is deeply loved by her parents, Jon and Brenna, and by her siblings, Rowan, Bennie, and Indigo. Ayla’s love lives on in them, and in all who were touched by her. Her presence and her boundless heart will remain with us always. Her impact is eternal. She will forever be our daughter, our sister, and our light.

All who loved Ayla are invited to celebrate her life at a come-and-go memorial on February 13, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Cherished Memories in Martensville, SK.
