Adele Marie Rossal (Julé)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Adele Marie Rossal (Julé), who departed peacefully at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Bruno, Saskatchewan on June 6, 1934, Adele was the eldest child and only daughter of Yves and Agnes Julé. A devout Catholic from an early age, she was raised in Peterson, SK, where she attended St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church with her family.

Adele dedicated her life to caregiving and the art of barbering. She proudly shared that she was the first female barber in Saskatoon, having earned her barbering certificate in 1960 from what is now Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

Adele’s life was defined by her devotion to family. She leaves behind two daughters, four grandsons, one great-grandson, and four brothers: Arlene, Alice (Terry), Patrick (Shelby), Brandon, Austin, Ashton, Mowgli, Louis, Laurier (Terry), Rene (Helen), and Robert (Gail), along with their families and many extended relatives.

She was predeceased by her parents, Yves and Agnes Julé, her sisters-in-law, Terry Julé and Rosemary Julé, and niece, Michelle Julé.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Spruce Manor Special Care Home and Four Angels Care Home for their compassionate care and support.

A Catholic Mass in celebration of Adele’s life will be held on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Main Street, Peterson, Saskatchewan. Burial following mass at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Peterson, SK. Eulogy and luncheon to follow at Bruno Community Center on Kirby Street, Bruno, SK.
