It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Aaron Joseph Lemaigre, lovingly known as “Arnold,” on April 17, 2026.

Aaron is lovingly survived by his mother, Tammy Lemaigre (Martha); his grandma, Yvette Fontaine; and his Haba, Archie Janvier. He will be deeply missed by his sisters, Tanesha Lemaigre and Jessine Lemaigre (Elroy); and his brothers, Mitchell Lemaigre and Tyler Lemaigre (Brooklyn).

He is also survived by his aunties, Jennifer Lemaigre, Jeannie Lemaigre, Nicole Bouchier (Stacy), and Lyris Lemaigre (Dale); and his uncles, Dale Lemaigre, Trevor Lemaigre, Nathan Janvier, Lyle Lemaigre, Alfred Lemaigre, Lane Lemaigre, and Jamie Lemaigre.

Aaron leaves behind his special friend, Danica Herman, and his stepchildren, Alexis Herman, Aleah Herman, and Anthony Herman. He will be fondly remembered by his special nieces and nephews: Jessalynn, Lydia, Gracie, Julia, Laylen, Tylan, Tyren, Jacob, Nixon, Walker, and Kaleigha, along with numerous family and friends.

Aaron was predeceased by his great-grandparents, John Lemaigre and Blandine Lemaigre; his aunties and uncles, Paulette Lemaigre, Ivan Lemaigre, Eugene Lemaigre, Lawrence Lemaigre, and Maurice Lemaigre; and his brothers, Jayden Lemaigre, Taylen Herman, Dawson Herman, and Keenan Sylvestre.

A wake will be held from Wednesday, April 22 to Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 105 Northshore Drive, Clearwater River Dene Nation, Saskatchewan.

The Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church in La Loche, Saskatchewan, with Fr. Doss officiating.

Burial will follow at La Loche Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Tyler Lemaigre, Mitchell Lemaigre, Lyle Lemaigre, Eric Jr. Lemaigre, Trevor Lemaigre, Landon Lemaigre, Elroy Park, and Cornell Lemaigre.

Honorary pallbearers are Anthony Herman and Tylan Lemaigre.

Aaron will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
